Shipping
DOPE Precision LLC Will ship firearms or other required and regulated materials, as defined by BATFE, only to businesses with a Current FFL (Federal Firearm License) Holder. No Firearms will be shipped to the personal address of the purchaser, unless that purchaser also holds a current FFL. There are no exceptions to this. No firearm will be sold to any individual under the legal age set and enforced by the ATF.
DOPE Precision LLC takes every step possible to follow current Federal Regulation of Firearms. Any attempted deviation or avoidance of Federal Law by the purchaser, will be documented and reported to local Law Enforcement and BATFE.
Returns / Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your product it may be returned for a full Refund of the purchase price, minus a 20% re-stocking fee.
Applicable returns are:
- Return is within 30 days of purchase
- With original and undamaged packaging
- Items are without wear and tear of use (i.e. New and Unused condition)
- All accessories or parts provided with the product are in new and unused condition
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Proof of purchase can be receipt if purchased in-store, or email receipt, if purchased in our online store.
- You, the buyer, are responsible for any shipping costs related to the refund.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Buyer may also deliver Items to be returned and refunded to the store, directly.
- All refunds are subject to approval inspection once received.
- Once the refund is approved, the buyer will be contacted on how they would like to receive their refund – In-store credit or back to form of purchase.
- NOTE: Refunds returned to credit/debit cards are subject to posting by their financial institution, which can range between 3-7 days after the refund is initiated.
